Costumes Invade Baltimore at Otakon

Comic Con is known as the place to see people dressed in elaborate costumes, but you can get the same experience just outside of DC. Every year the streets of Baltimore are overrun with fans of Japanese television and culture. While the focus is anime, every popular genre is represented in costume. The event is a staple for local photographers who appear in almost equal numbers to costumed attendees.
